- The cold-water pool offers a refreshing escape, typically a delightful 70-75°F in summer and a chilly 55°F in winter, ideal for cold plunges. Kindly note that water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to varying weather conditions.
- Gym equipment includes: treadmill, elliptical, Pilates machine, balance ball, resistance bands, yoga mats, small free weights.

The sun deck with loungers and hammock offers the perfect place to get your tan while enjoying the unobstructed western views. The more intimate shaded patio off of the living room has Trex outdoor furniture, Traeger pellet grill, and standing heater. Quiet and peaceful meditation area offers a serene space to clear your mind and/or enjoy the fire pit under starry skies.
